KOSUN Hi-G dryer and Vertical Centrifuge in Drilling Waste Management

Previously, recommended by a local well-known drilling company, one of KOSUN customers, four new-type cuttings dryers (vertical centrifuges) had access to the blocks of its Drilling Waste Management Business Division. It is worth mentioning that handling capacity and effects of the above four dryers are as good as those of top international products, like cuttings dryer, and our equipment were highly recognized by the drilling service company. So, the customer temporarily placed another order from KOSUN of such eight sets of drilling waste management systems, including several D355 decanter centrifuges, cuttings dryers, Hi-G dryer shaker, etc.

Hi-G dryer is popular used for water based mud drilling cuttings treatment. After Hi-G dryer, high speed centrifuge will be followed for further treating. After treated by centrifuge, solids parts can be used for construction; liquid part can be further treatment by flocculent unit. Hi-G dryer is also can be used for oil based mud drilling cuttings treatment; vice versa, vertical cuttings dryer can also be used for water based mud drilling cuttings treatment. Based on this, KOSUN design it’s vertical centrifuge which can be used for both WBM and OBM drilling cuttings treatment.
